When you read your notes aloud, Study Focus Helper transcribes your speech using Apple's on-device Speech framework, with on-device recognition required. Your voice is never recorded, transmitted, or sent to any server — Study Focus Helper has no backend at all.
Subjects, decks, notes, quizzes, flashcards, study sessions, and your streak are all stored locally on your device. Study Focus Helper does not require an account and never asks for personal information.
Focus-session and break reminders are scheduled locally on your device — nothing is sent from a server.
The one-time unlock is processed entirely by Apple's App Store; Study Focus Helper never sees or stores your payment details.
Study Focus Helper is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
